The fact is, sexual intercourse has been scientifically show to burn between 69 to 100 calories in a half hour. It is more fun than exercise outside the bedroom and sex can count as another workout option in a couple’s fitness plan for a healthy lifestyle.

We created Love2Lose to research and explore this question and discover solutions that challenge the status quo.

Our objective is to shake things up in the fitness world and address gaps that disadvantage certain populations — 2SLGBTQ communities and our allies who want inclusive fitness options that are affordable and incorporate fun daily activities: including sex and the other physical activities singles and couples can enjoy outside the bedroom.

We don’t believe fitness should be fun, exciting, and rewarding — not boring and tiresome.
