Our group fitness classes offer the perfect balance of motivation and community. Get your sweat on with like-minded people as you get physical with high-energy workouts led by a dynamic trainer.

As a group, you will train on the same fitness program at the same time.

With options ranging from HIIT, body weight, and limited equipment workouts, there’s something for everyone – so grab your squad and get ready to sweat, smile, and crush those fitness goals together!

Group classes are designed and led by a love2lose trainer who is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Training Specialist.

You will be supported by someone with the education and expertise in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

Get Physical In Your Comfort Zone

You can workout in groups of three to five people.

There are flexible options to choose the location/venue that is most convenient and comfortable for your group.

In-Person Group Workouts

Workout face-to-face during an in-person group fitness class. We rent space at queer-friendly fitness facilities throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and can host group sessions at several convenient locations.

Virtual Workouts

Get your sweat on with a virtual workout over Zoom, Skype or another compatible video conferencing platform.

Home/Office Workout

Let us bring the fitness fun to you!

If you live in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), you can also choose to host a group fitness class at your home, office, or another convenient location.

Your Group Fitness Journey

There as three easy steps in your group fitness journey.

1. Pick A Personal Trainer

During an initial consultation to discuss the group’s goals, motivations, and struggles, you can choose the personal trainer that is right for you.

2. Develop a Plan

Your personal trainer will conduct a health assessment and design one fitness program for the whole group. You will start seeing results right away.

3. Keep Moving

With dedicated coaching from your personal trainer, you will train together at the same time and adopt behaviour change while learn new fitness skills.
