How to Do Bicycle Crunches

Bicycle crunches are a fantastic abdominal exercise.

Tops and bottoms will love doing bicycle crunches because they work the ‘six pack’ muscles, along with the obliques, as well as muscles in the thighs. No other ab exercise hits as many sweet spots.

A strong core is essential for comfortably doing certain daily activities, including:

  • getting it on in the missionary sex position;
  • lifting heavy bags; or
  • picking up your pet (dog, cat).
